This course is about introducing the considerable benefits of mindfulness into your every day life. Ultimately, mindfulness is a way of being. An approach to living that allows more peace, calm and joy into all that you do. Meditation is the practice that gradually enables our ability to experience a new, richer and simpler life.
We are not our feelings or thoughts. Once we realise a sense of separation from these elements of our inner dialogue, we move to a position within which we can choose who and how we are in any given situation. This is a true gift and one of the secrets of freedom and happiness.
